What Will
Elizabeth Warren Do?

End Washington Corruption

Washington works great for the wealthy and the well-connected, but it isn’t working for anyone else. That’s why Elizabeth has proposed the most ambitious anti-corruption reforms since Watergate that would fundamentally change the way Washington does business. Together, these sweeping changes will end the dominance of money in Washington, taking power away from the rich and powerful and putting it back where it belongs – with the American people themselves.

Rebuild the Middle Class

After decades of largely flat wages and exploding household costs, millions of families can barely breathe. To raise wages and reduce costs, our economy needs big, structural changes. That’s why Elizabeth has proposed making companies accountable to their workers, breaking up monopolies, and asking the wealthy to pay their fair share to fund investments like universal childcare, student debt relief, affordable housing, a Green New Deal, & Medicare for All.

Strengthen our Democracy

Our democracy faces serious threats at home and abroad. Strengthening it will require dramatic changes. That starts with eliminating voting barriers like racist voter ID laws and passing a constitutional amendment to protect every American’s right to vote. And to make sure our democracy isn’t for sale, we must purge big money from politics and end the unwritten rules requiring candidates to suck up to rich donors and Washington insiders.

Equal Justice Under Law

America has one justice system for the rich and powerful, and another one for everybody else. Today, a kid with an ounce of pot can go to jail while the bankers who launder money for drug cartels get a slap on the wrist. CEOs face no accountability, and African-Americans face harsher consequences than whites for the same crimes. We need structural change to fulfill the promise of the words etched above the Supreme Court: Equal Justice Under Law.

A Foreign Policy for All

From endless wars that strain military families to trade policies that crush our middle class, Washington’s foreign policy today serves the wealthy and well-connected at the expense of everyone else. It’s time for a foreign policy that works for all Americans. That means fighting for trade and economic policies that help families instead of big corporations, prioritizing diplomacy and reining in our bloated defense budget, and bringing our troops home from endless commitments overseas.

Meet Elizabeth

Fighting for America’s promise for all of us

Elizabeth grew up on the ragged edge of the middle class in Oklahoma and became a teacher, a law professor, and a US Senator because America invested in kids like her. She’s spent her career taking on powerful interests and fighting to give every kid the same chance to succeed.
